General Booking Terms And Conditions

Making a booking through our web site www.cappadocia-transfers.com involves the acceptance of each and every general condition, which is considered an integral part of the booking in accordance with the specific legislation in force.

Online Bookings

When a booking is made, it is done by personal information and flight details. Customers will receive details of their bookings by email, together with an voucher number. As we do not collect online payments, there is return policy on cancellations before pick up date and time. Please check our Cancellation Policy page for more details.

Included With The Booking

The booking of a transfer from / to airport / hotel and to / from a hotel or specified pick up point includes the driver, maintained vehicle, fuel, highway / road expenses, any traffic fines caused by the driver and parking fees at airport.

Customer's Responsibilities

On making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be given. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking. In case of poor service due to client culpability or cancellation of transfer, www.cappadocia-transfers.com will not take any responsibilities and will not refund the money.


Customers may cancel the services requested or contracted at any time. Please send us an e-mail to transfer@cappadocia-transfers.com. As we do not collect online payment, there will be no cancellation fee.

Cancellations by Cappadocia Transfers

If our local transfer partners has no availability anymore and Cappadocia Transfers cannot offer an alternative transfer, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case you will be informed by email and text messages.
